Deliveries and Shipping
Through our strategic alliances with several transportation companies, including: KTL Transport, Purolator, Springliner, ACE Courier, Grimshaw Trucking, Diamond Courier, Buffalo Courier, Willy’s Trucking and Pacific Northwest Trucking, we can offer low cost overnight or two-day service from Edmonton and Vancouver to all major centres in Western Canada.
Folkgraphis Frames offers delivery service to all areas in Western Canada. In areas where we deliver locally, a delivery fee applies unless a minimum order value amount is met. Full freight costs are billed back to customers unless a minimum order value amount is met or if delivery is to an offline location. Pre-pay amounts vary by area and glass is never included as prepaid freight. Additional packaging fees may apply for products larger than 40×60.

General Information
Opening an Account
In order to qualify for an account, you must have an established business with a valid business licence and regular business hours. The primary focus must be picture framing. Account applications and further information can be discussed with our sales department at 1-800-661-9718, ext 221.
Cut-off times ***new for 2021 ***
Cut product of any kind
- order by 9am the day before shipping, delivery or loading of Calgary/Island truck
Supplies, length or anything not to be cut
- order by 5pm on the day before for in-town deliveries
- order by 9am on the same day for courier shipping, Island truck and Calgary Truck loading

Allowances
All wood and metal chops are done with a 1 /16″ to 1 /8″ allowance unless otherwise specified. These are always cut to the inside size of the moulding with the exception of stretcher bars, which are always cut to the exact outside size.
Floater Frames
All floaters are cut to the exact size provided unless otherwise specified. If you prefer, please indicate canvas size and how much of a float you’d like all around the canvas and we will take care of the rest.
Point-of-Sale Software
All pricing updates are regularly done with FrameReady, Lifesaver, i-Framer and Artteck software companies. For pricing or subscription information, please contact these vendors directly.
Shipping Damages
While we strive to package all products with the utmost care, 3rd party courier damages can occur. If you receive a parcel that could possibly have been damaged in transit, indicate that parcel appears damaged on the waybill. If you sign off that parcel was received in good order from the courier, we will not be able to file a claim with the carrier and offer credit. Check your deliveries carefully to avoid issues.
Other Damages or Issues
Report all damages or issues to us within 72 hours of receipt. We will then do all we can to rectify the situation and ensure your full satisfaction. Note that any length product that has been cut can not be returned for credit. If you received flawed length, please contact us for a replacement.
